What this app does

Creator Hub is a social media scheduling tool. It lets you connect your own Instagram and Facebook accounts, schedule posts, view analytics, and reply to comments and messages - all from one dashboard.

What data we collect

• Meta account connection: when you connect an account, we receive an access token from Meta that lets the app post and read data on your behalf. We also store the names and IDs of the pages and Instagram accounts you connect.
• Content you create: the messages, images, and schedules you enter in the app.
• Engagement data: likes, comments, reach, and other metrics Meta exposes for your connected accounts, used to show analytics.

How we store data

All data is stored locally in a database on the machine running the app. Access tokens are stored in a local configuration file and are never shared with anyone. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

How we use data

Data is used only to provide the app's features: publishing and scheduling posts you create, showing analytics for your own accounts, and letting you reply to comments and messages. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

Third parties

The app talks to Meta's APIs (Facebook and Instagram) using the credentials you provide. Meta's own privacy policy applies to data held by Meta. The app itself does not send your data to any other third party.

Your choices

You can disconnect your accounts at any time by removing the app's access in your Meta account settings, and you can delete the app's local database to remove all stored data.
